Good Condition
Good Condition
How can I keep the new couch in really good condition and how can we keep my cat from scratching the new couch?
My Mom and Dad just got a couch today because our last couch was WAY too old and run down. The new couch has no problems at all from what we can tell. How can we keep the new couch in really good condition (like keep the seats from sinking down, the color from fading, etc.)? Thank you all for your help. Also, how can we keep my cat from scratching the new couch (he did scratched the old one bad) without ruining the new couch?
He needs a nice scratching post, and you need a spray bottle of water, when you catch the cat coming near the couch and looking or stating to scratch spray him with the non-harmful water until he gets the message.
I have no idea how you keep a couch in good condition, I think all seats start to sink after awhile from being sat on, and don't put the couch in direct sunlight and that should help with fading.
