My laptop backlight off randomly?

My Dell Latitude D620 backlight will randomly night when I am inside. In general, be maintained for about 10-15 minutes, then the screen goes almost completely black. However, you can always see what works background. I ran all the diagnostic system using F12 and stayed all the time. F2 setup and I also used from time to time to do so. When I met with the F12 diagnostic system was not wrong. Can anyone help me??
