Backlight Wire Harness

Head unit display problem car?

I just installed a new Panasonic CQ-C8305U car in my GF. I bought a harness for his accent. HU appear to work the sound is good and the backlight is activated. However, the OEL display does not! When I turn the car on the screen a message PLEASE Remove the panel. Apart from that I have nothing in it. UC wire from the battery to see if they can work better samething. When you disconnect the ground wire from my radio still plays? Please, I need help
