I currently have a NVIDIA Quadro FX 1600M graphics card?

I want a better ... must be a NIVIDIA Quadro though ... What can I get the card and that (except to buy the best card) I do? Its for my HP Compaq 8710w Mobile Workstation that I am free, but the original OS was Vista and now XP (I do not change ... thats how i got it)
