What adjustments should you make to your computer workstation i.e desk, chair, computer?
It really depends on what you use your computer for. If you spend a lot of time at your computer then I suggest that you get a comfortable, high backed chair, a cordless mouse and a comfortable keyboard. Also make sure that the desk you are using is high enough, and too high or too low - this may hurt your upper and lower back and your arms. If you use it for fun, still, it is a good idea to get comfortable accessories for your computer. Make sure you set up your computer in a well lit area, as to not strain your eyes. Also, don't use a computer when you have a headache, back pain or leg pains, this can make the pains and aches worse. Whatever you get, make sure that you will be able to sit, use or type on it for a while.
P.S Make sure that you take a ten minute to a half hour break ever hour or two, this will make it more fun to be on your computer and you will be able to concentrate better and spend more constructive time on there, instead of forcing yourself to concentrate, when you'd really prefer to be somewhere else.
Hope this helps.
