How can I see the notes on the computer screen while making a PowerPoint presentation with an LCD projector
When I make a powerpoint presentation, I read my notes. Apparently, it is possible that the computer screen to see my notes section, while simultaneously projecting PowerPoint slides. How is it done? What are the controls?
Man, I feel I have the whole team for the prove, but apparently to go to the File menu> View> Set Up Show, where he is supposed to configure your presentation to the computer can display View the PowerPoint presentation in a file while the projector shows only the slide show. Copy / Paste from MS PowerPoint 2000 is the help menu: "Establishing a slide show to run in a second large monitor must be running Microsoft Windows 98 or Microsoft Windows 2000 operating system equipment and have dual screen to use this procedure. Use this procedure to run a slideshow on the screen of a secondary monitor while viewing the presentation in normal mode on the primary monitor. This allows you to see your plan and notes and slides, while the public only sees the slides. In the Show menu, click Set Up Show. In the lobby of the list, click the monitor you want the slideshow to appear. "Any what would / could add to this is that I'm sure if you have an operating system newer than 98 or 2000, must still be OK [smiles * *]. Hope that help.
