Please help me decide between My HP Mini 1000 series or Dell Inspiron Mini 9?

I want a mini-laptop that I can surf the Net almost anywhere, and let me use something like Microsoft Word for school assignments. The HP mobile Internet, but is that even those who use the Internet while I'm in the computer at home or going to be like the type of a cell phone?
