What is the best way to connect two monitors to my comp?

I recently purchased a new Dell E520 Core2 Duo I am looking for a better integration of the video card to something better, I see now a Radeon X1600 or better, at least 256 MB with two DVI outputs. For now I have an LCD, a VGA screen, and seeking another in the exact same.
