You are familiar with ergonomic chairs!
I really need a good office chair. I do medical transcription on your computer (homework) and I find a chair better - my back is killing me from my tailbone to the neck and shoulders. Do not rest. I now have what looks like a big armchair and padded top and all the way, there is no space between the seat and the seat of the chair with armrests and wheels. I can adjust the height the chair, but I think it is preferable to a height as the other. My neck will fall if you do not find something better. Even getting up each half-hour does not work. I'm in great shape otherwise. What do you suggest, and when I get one?
