How do I detect the cause and source of flickering horizontal lines on my LCD?

The LCD is connected to card front panel through a flexible interface cable 30cm. The signals are digital. I suspect it could be a problem EMI, but how do I know for sure and where? Thank you:) The last LCD I was fine and the LCD is supposed to be updated my previous. Sparkle BTW, I just mentioned is not the change in brightness, but rather thin black horizontal lines on the screen when the random position.

Flashing is often a cause of a frame rate not supported. Try changing the refresh rate under Display settings. Otherwise, it would propably your graphics card.
