I have to replace the LCD and inverter?

is the son of my computer screen has stopped working. I bought it on ebay LCD screen and replace it, did not work. so I returned and ordered an investor. worked long enough to see the screen with a flashlight on the screen, then stopped completely. with investors replacement, I sent the computer mobile in the diagnosis and was told that both the LCD and the inverter are dead. How do I know if this is true? they want to pay and arm or a leg to the repair. How do I test if the original investor is still good, and nothing I do seems to work. technical support said it could work if you change so much, I have to change the two games at once?

Unless you can physically see the new screen installed and working investor, still does, you have to go through what they say .. or back and see for yourself ... you know how to get an LCD you have. Are You an investor bad, you should be able to get a replacement.
