Monitor CRT provides a typical aspect ratio (height divided by the width of 1280x960) and resolution is 0.75 what is "normal" looking images. However, when you buy an extra large LCD type that needs a resolution that gives 0625 as the screen is pressed and a video card that can only make 0.75 that "image" look fatter so to speak. I'll buy a new video card and need to know if it can provide acceptable solutions. Note: this page Manufacturing does not provide the information. Thank you

thats really good to know ... I thought everyone had monitors with 1, while TVs have a pixel aspect ratio of .9 still read on the side of the box that the graphics card that supports resolutions. unless of course you buy onliine. in this case a little research should help. or perhaps to make it easier, just write "WSXGA graphics cards" in a search and then choose your card tigerdirect.com newegg.com
