Dell Vostro 1500 problem! I need help for what? "

I bought a Dell Vostro 1500 last November. After two months of operation, was surprised one day when the screen goes green with pink inside. Upon reboot, the screen looks good, but when loaded all the programs, the screen flashes and turns green and pink, then back to normal again, then after a while turns green and rose. And the cycle continues. What could be the possible problem? Lcd Flex Cable, or video card? What should I do? need help. thank you.
