Help me! LCD cleaner than I have in my LCD?

I bought "Phillips plasma screen cleaning gel" LCD currently in use my laptop Dell Inspiron that has a LCD screen. I accidentally, and I mean it was FULL accident, sprayed the cleaner on my screen and now considered a sign of water inside my screen, I know it is not outside the screen because the outside to dry. I need to know how resolve this problem, if it goes or if I send my laptop for repair. Any advice would be helpful
