Can you trade without receiving broken consoles Gamestop or EB Games (please read description)?

I have a blue broken DS with its hinge cracked but still works. I also have a black DS Lite with a button and switch off. I also have a PS2 Ben opened with parts of it, but I still have the pieces (unscrewed and manipulated, but it works). The PS2 has a void the warranty now. I have a receipt for any of my consoles. I will not. I wan't the trade in. (Could spicific answer because I am 12 years old)
