How can I get a signal from my Nokia 5300 again?

I recently had problems with my cell phone Nokia 5300 ExpressMusic. The flexible ribbon cable, just dropped the phone and pulls a bit, so I bought new and replaced. Now everything works fine, except I have no signal. I connect the phone to the computer after using software from Nokia, but no synchronization. Can anyone tell me how to restart the phone may temporarily or suggest some possible causes for this problem? This is not the SIM card, as I've tested it on other phones. Thank you for your time.
