How do I configure my print server - I have a small office with 4 computers and 2 printers?

I would like to configure my server print for my small office. D I have 4 computers (Wireless-Link) with users of mobile computers more coming and going I wish all are able to use two printers, multifunction laser Sharp & Canon inkjet. I should have bought a USB 2 / Series 1 Print Server and connected to my wireless router and printer, but I can not understand! I'm running Windows XP Professional on all computers. Thank you for your Help!
