I can't find my specific ethernet adapter on my reformated PC..?

I just reformatted my pc and deleted the partitioned drive with my device drivers on it. I download the program call "Unknown Devices" and ran that to try and find what ethernet device I have since my PC is a custom built and is a few years old. This is what it came up with:

Micro-Star International Co Ltd (MSI)
Realtek Semiconductor RTL8169 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

I know the card is made by MSI but now I'm stuck trying to find exactly which one. I've been the their website and it's of no help.

Best advise I can give is...disconnect everything....open the computer up and remove the card...you will find the model number and manufacturer printed on the board.
