For me it's a Full HD 1080/24p resolution and more than 1 HDMI input. Your TV is support of 1080p (the "Video Input" list), but the resolution -1366 x 768 display - it's just 720/24p - this is technically HD, but respond not my definition of "Full HD", which is actually a marketing hype term which can mean anything.
