Samsung Blackjack LCD Screen Lights Up but is Blank?
I was talking on my Samsung Blackjack phone and started getting the warning noise to tell me the battery was getting low. I spoke on it until it finally died. Recharged it and now when I turn it on the LCD screen lights up bright white but is blank and the phone will then shut itself back off. What is wrong?
I've already tried removing the battery and the sym card. Did not work.
Likely to be just a software problem, you'd have to reflash the phone [which is basically like taking your computer, wiping it clean of any data, then reinstalling the OS]. So the downside is that if you didn't save your information it'd get wiped clean, but since you can't power it on it'd be hard to retrieve anyways.
BTW, the situation that you're in is where you have WSOD [the white screen of death] that is common to phones that need a simple software reflash.
