Fixing foot stand on Cisco 7940 phone?
I have several cisco phones with broken foot stands (phones will not stand up on their own). The problem is a broken plastic part with "P/N 700-04985-02" stamped on it. Cisco does not stock this part. I need help finding this part
The only way you are going to get it, is either your phones are on maintenance with Cisco ($8 / yr for each, and must contract for ALL in your network) and you get replacements, or you go on eBay and buy used screen damaged phones and salvage the parts.
