good enough for your laptop from Adobe Premiere 2.0?

My plan is to make editing HDV. That's what I try to get. I do not know about Vista, but I can tell you with the highest specifications, I do no editing on my laptop, only playback. Are minimum specifications for Adobe Premiere, double actual use. Your graphics card middle of the road, but enough.
