Yes, you will be able to run Sims 3. They did a great job optimizing the game to perform a variety of equipment. The ATI 3670 will run the game, but you may need to reduce the resolution (1920x1080) to download something more acceptable performance. Start game with a screen resolution will decrease slightly "fuzzy" or "fuzzy". I hope you're not too expensive for the laptop. I would consider $ 450 a fair price for the small hard drive and system Vista OS. Both show that it is relatively old, but was high quality when buying.
