Wuxga Lcd Screen
Wuxga Lcd Screen

Is this a dead inveter or graphics card in a Dell D820?
I have a Dell D820 (recently upgraded to 4 GB of shared RAM) which started Give me the dreaded "Matrix" Fuzz and display output (Vista). On examination, the screen appears to be quake caused an effect on the screen (ah ha - hardware). Connecting an external LCD screen showed the same problem (ha ha - no screen mobile itself). During the day, the situation has worsened to the point I have no screen at all. Assuming that the investor control the computer screen should be the GPU, right? Interestingly, the laptop seemed to last longer in safe mode (VGA) that WUXGA true. Memory 4GB Store Cheapo (shared with GPU) has nothing to do with it (which changes and remove cards without difference)? I'm on a business trip with three installments on Thursday, so any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
As the system has this Windows in Safe Mode, and an external monitor, which sounds like a hardware problem with the graphics card. If the original RAM not solve the problem is contact Dell, if you are covered by the guarantee of having the board replaced. Although the video card is discreetly integrated into the motherboard. If the system is no longer under warranty, you must buy a new motherboard and replaced. In this system, there will be some different options for a motherboard, as it was sold with two 128 MB graphics card and 256 MB optional.
