Finding a replacement laptop screen, exact resolution?

Someone dropped my laptop, now the screens jacked up and needs to be replaced.
I am looking a replacement and I have found I can use something compatible if the size and resolution are the same.
I have Dell Insperion E1505 Laptop and I don't know how to find what the existing broken laptops resolution is. I have found this site http://www.yallstore.com/new-laptop-lcd-screen-replacement-for-dell-inspiron-e1505-p-1432.html
which says that the replacement screen for sale is compatible with the Dell Inspiron E1505 15.4" WXGA (WXGA 1280X800)
How do I know what I already have?
