Go with Toshiba. I had problems with all HP laptops I bought 3 plates specifically defective in all three cases. I made many repairs out of warranty and believe me when I say, do not go with HP. In addition, tend to play to fill their teams with ridiculous amounts of trash, such as advertisements and components pre-installed at least a dozen different companies. The Toshiba should theoretically be as fast as the HP and they said they were T6500 (but may mean T6400), and while the HP is much more typical load, go with the Toshiba. You will not regret.
